Effective: 10 October 2026. These terms govern the use of pearlvault.store, operated as Pearl Vault for customers in Qatar. Mandatory consumer protections under Qatar law always apply.

Products

We sell jewellery, watches, gifts, fashion accessories, gadgets and essentials. We try to provide clear product descriptions, images and prices. If product materials, dimensions, compatibility or contents are important to your decision, please contact us before purchasing.

Prices and ordering

Prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Standard Qatar delivery is free. The checkout displays the order summary and available payment methods. Orders are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and provide the appropriate remedy or refund under applicable law.

Delivery and returns

Please review the Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. We do not currently promise a fixed delivery timeframe. You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within seven calendar days of delivery, without limiting statutory rights.

Payments and account details

Use the payment options available at checkout and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. We never ask for card details through ordinary email.

Website use and content

You must not misuse the website or submit fraudulent orders. Brand assets, photography and other original content may not be commercially reused without permission where applicable.

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

To raise a complaint, email gulfvault2696@gmail.com with relevant details and your order number. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate response. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory rights under Qatari law.
